Srinagar, Feb 3, 2025 – Jammu & Kashmir Peoples’ Conference (JKPC) president Sajad Gani Lone has strongly condemned the fatal attack on an ex-serviceman’s family in Kulgam district, calling it another instance of “senseless violence.”
Expressing his condolences, Lone said such incidents continue to add to the suffering of families in the region. He extended his thoughts to the bereaved family and prayed for peace to the departed soul.
Taking to X (formerly Twitter), he wrote:
“Condemn the dastardly fatal attack on Manzoor Ahmed in Kulgam today. This is yet another case of senseless violence. Yet another case of adding to the army of widows and orphans. My thoughts with the family. May Allah grant him Jannat.”
The attack has once again raised concerns over security and violence in the region.
