Mumbai:  The Ajit Pawar-led Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) has launched the ‘Candidate Connect’ campaign in preparation for the upcoming Maharashtra Assembly elections. This initiative aims to strengthen the connection between candidates and voters by sharing personalized video clips showcasing each candidate’s political journey and development efforts.

Deputy Chief Minister and NCP President Ajit Pawar introduced the campaign via his social media platforms. The campaign focuses on raising voter awareness about candidates and highlighting the development work carried out by elected representatives in their constituencies.

As part of the initiative, the party will distribute video clips where candidates discuss their life stories, share personal anecdotes, and detail their political journeys. They will also touch on how Ajit Pawar has supported public welfare initiatives in their areas and emphasize his leadership.

Each video, approximately five minutes long, allows candidates to connect with voters on a personal level, sharing memorable moments involving friends and family, alongside their professional commitments. This campaign is part of the NCP’s broader strategy to engage with voters and strengthen their electoral base ahead of the elections.
