Chandigarh, February 27 – Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini met Prime Minister Narendra Modi in New Delhi today, where he briefed him on the state’s ongoing infrastructure development projects and upcoming initiatives. The meeting also included discussions on the progress of central government schemes in Haryana.

During the interaction, PM Modi praised the comprehensive development work being carried out under the leadership of CM Saini. He highlighted the state government’s consistent efforts in ensuring the welfare of all sections of society, particularly the poor and marginalized communities.

Discussions on Civic Elections and Public Welfare Initiatives

CM Saini also congratulated the Prime Minister on the BJP’s historic victory in the Delhi Assembly elections. He expressed confidence that the upcoming municipal elections in Haryana would reflect the public’s continued trust in PM Modi’s leadership and welfare policies.

He further stated that under PM Modi’s guidance, Haryana would continue to accelerate its development in sectors such as air, rail, and road infrastructure. He emphasized that strengthening these sectors would attract investors and benefit local residents, positioning Haryana as a major investment hub in the country.

Vision 2047: Haryana’s Path to Becoming a Developed State

The Chief Minister reiterated his commitment to rapid progress under the “double engine” government, where both the Central and Haryana governments are working together to drive development at three times the usual pace. He assured PM Modi that Haryana would play a crucial role in achieving India’s vision of becoming a developed nation by 2047, ensuring that the state reaches similar milestones alongside the country’s growth.
