Chandigarh, January 8 – The ongoing Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra marked its presence in various remote villages, including Dhadhot, Madhogarh, Chandpura, Dhanounda, Bhungarka, and Azamnagar, as part of its mission to extend the reach of welfare schemes to every deserving citizen. Minister of State for Social Justice and Empowerment, Om Prakash Yadav, graced the event in Azamnagar village, administering the oath of ‘Viksit Bharat’ to the citizens.
Addressing the gathering, Minister Om Prakash Yadav emphasized the government’s commitment to ensuring that every eligible beneficiary receives the benefits of government schemes directly at their doorstep. He highlighted the efforts to connect deprived citizens with various schemes, making a positive impact on the lives of those in need.
The Minister lauded the government’s initiatives in Haryana, making the common man’s tasks more accessible through the implementation of modern technology. He emphasized the significant changes brought about in the system, streamlining processes for the benefit of the citizens.
During the yatra, citizens were informed about a range of government schemes, including Ayushman Bharat, Chirayu Haryana Yojana, Jan Dhan Yojana, Har Ghar Nal se Jal, Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi, Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana, Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, and Swachh Bharat, among others.
