Varanasi court to decide fate of lawyer in Gyanvapi case

New Delhi: A Varanasi district is to decide on Thursday the fate of Advocate Commissioner Ajay Kumar Mishra, after which Civil Judge Senior Division Ravi Kumar Diwakar of Varanasi reserved his decision until May 11.

Anjuman Arrangements Masjid Committee demanded to remove Kumar. The court is expected to set the next date for videography and to rule on whether the commissioner will be replaced or not, Shivam Gaur, a lawyer representing the Hindu side, said.
