Dehradun: The Uttarakhand Public Service Commission (UKPSC) Patwari examination question paper was leaked in the most recent paper leak case, which has angered the Pushkar Singh Dhami government. The government has threatened to introduce a very strict law to stop future instances of this behavior. The State Cabinet decided to introduce an anti-copying law at its meeting on Friday at State Secretariat. The State cabinet would be presented with the act’s draught after two weeks of preparation. The cabinet agreed that Uttarakhand’s anti-copying law will be the nation’s strictest, according to Chief Secretary (CS) SS Sandhu, who announced the decision.

The law will provide provisions for people responsible for paper leaks and examination-related wrongdoing to receive life in jail and have their whole estate seized. He claimed that the cabinet resolved not to charge applicants for the retest and that they would be given free transportation on Uttarakhand roadways to take the retest, which is slated for February 12.

Pushkar Singh Dhami, the chief minister, reacted to the most recent paper leak issue by stating that the active mafia involved in these instances is harming the future of the unemployed kids who diligently study for these exams. He declared that, going forward, all exams held by the UKPSC and Uttarakhand Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UKSSC) will be preceded by the activation of the police intelligence units. The CM asserted that the administration is making sure that the upcoming exams are fair and without cheating.
