MUMBAI: On Tuesday, superstar Shah Rukh Khan humorously prodded his friend and filmmaker Karan Johar about his recent focus on chat shows rather than directing films.
Shah Rukh and Karan, who are set to host the International Indian Film Academy (IIFA) Awards 2024, have collaborated on several successful movies, including “Kuch Kuch Hota Hai,” “Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham…,” “My Name is Khan,” and “Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna.”
During the IIFA Awards press conference, Shah Rukh playfully questioned Karan about his reduced directorial activity, highlighting his increased presence in hosting and chat shows.
