Rewari: In a tragic accident in Rewari, Haryana, a runaway dumper caused widespread destruction this morning. Two people lost their lives, and one person was seriously injured. The incident occurred at around 8:45 AM near the Fideri turn on the Rewari-Delhi road.
The accident unfolded when the dumper first collided with an ambulance. Losing control, the dumper then hit two motorcycles and a scooter before crashing into a tea shop. Fortunately, the shop was empty at the time.
The collision led to the immediate death of two motorcyclists, while the scooter rider, identified as Pawan, sustained severe injuries and was rushed to the hospital. Police arrived at the scene and arrested the dumper driver, who was handed over by local villagers.
One of the deceased has been identified, while the identity of the other is still unknown. Both bodies have been sent to the hospital’s mortuary. The dumper was en route from Rewari to Dharuhera when the accident occurred. Police have registered a case and are investigating the incident further.
