Chapra: First expansion of cabinet of Grand Alliance government in Bihar has been done in which 16 from RJD, 11 from JDU, 2 from Congress and one each from HAM and independent. Keeping in view the caste equation, Yadav caste hasput, upper edge as eight from this caste have been made ministers . Five Muslims, five from Schedule caste, four of extremely backward class, three fromRajput caste, two Brahmins, two Bhumihar and one from Vaisya community were made ministers. Jitendra Rai , MLA from Marhaura and Surendra Ram, MLA from Garkha from Saran district have been made ministers.
