NIA raids Lawrence Bishnoi, accomplices’ hideouts

Jaipur: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Tuesday raided the hideouts of gangster Lawrence Bishnoi and his henchmen in several districts of Rajasthan. Various teams of NIA are raiding the hideouts of miscreants at different places in Delhi, Rajasthan and Haryana along with the local police.

The NIA, on October 28, had raided the hideouts of various miscreants of the gangster Lawrence Bishnoi group involved in the Sidhu Moosewala murder case.

After the recent Dera Premi massacre in Faridkot, Punjab, the henchmen of the Lawrence gang are once again on NIA’s target. Recently, the Punjab Police has arrested Haryana’s shooter Raj Hooda alias Ramzan Khan in an encounter in the capital Jaipur. Two days back, a businessman of the capital has also been asked for extortion of two crores in the Bishnoi gang’s name via an internet call from Canada’s international number. In view of it all, NIA raids are going on in different districts of Rajasthan.

According to informed sources, the henchmen of Lawrence Bishnoi gang in Rajasthan are mostly active in Jodhpur, Alwar, Sriganganagar, Jhunjhunu, Jaipur and districts adjoining Haryana. In such a situation, the matter of NIA raids in these cities has come to the fore.

Different teams of NIA from Delhi have started raiding the hideouts of the miscreants in the morning. However, so far how many miscreants have been arrested and what things have been recovered from them, has not been disclosed. Gangster Bishnoi’s operatives have spread their network in various states including Rajasthan, Haryana, Punjab, Delhi and NIA is engaged in breaking that entire network.
