Nana Patole: Legislative Council elections are in full swing in the state after Rajya Sabha elections. Voting for 10 seats will be held on 20th.
Mumbai: After the Rajya Sabha elections, the Legislative Council elections are in full swing in the state. Voting for 10 seats will be held on 20th. For this, the BJP and the Mahavikas Aghadi have started matching votes. Congress state president Nana Patole has leveled serious allegations against the opposition over the same Assembly elections. In Vidhan Parishad Election, misuse of Central Investigation System has started. Our MLAs are being threatened. Nana Patole has said that the MLA from Mahavikas Aghadi is being threatened by phone.
Speaking on the occasion, Nana Patole said, “Mahavikas Aghadi has a strategy for the Legislative Council elections. In Rajya Sabha elections, the gap between our votes and those of the Opposition is narrowing. It is more in this election. Nana Patole has expressed confidence that if the opposition wants 22 votes then they will not get as many as we need 10 votes.
The BJP will not use the misuse of central investigative mechanisms to lure MLAs with money. Investigators are phoning and threatening some MLAs. Nana Patole has made a serious allegation that we have a recording of all these things.
“Vote for us, or we will take action against you,” said Patole.
