Kupwara, Jammu & Kashmir, December 24: In a collaborative effort with the Film & Television Institute of India (FTII) Pune, the Indian Army successfully organized a five-day ‘Smartphone Film Making Course’ in Kupwara, Jammu and Kashmir. The initiative aimed to empower and educate the local youth on crafting compelling narratives using smartphones. Covering scriptwriting, cinematography, editing, and post-production techniques tailored for smartphones, the comprehensive course, led by FTII professionals, prioritized accessibility and inclusivity for participants of varying experience levels. This transformative educational endeavor reflects the Indian Army’s commitment to the holistic development of Kashmiri youth. Participants gained practical experience and showcased their creations on a dedicated platform, connecting their stories with a global audience.
