New Delhi: Patiala House Court has sent IS suspect Mohsin Ahmed to National Investigation Agencycustody till August 16. On Monday, Mohsin was produced in the court after his custody ended.
The NIA told the court that Mohsin’s strings are linked to many states. He needs to be taken to other states for interrogation, so that other people associated with him can be traced. The NIA wanted to find to whom Mohsin used to send money abroad and who is his handler.
Mohsin was arrested by the NIA on Friday from Batla House. According to NIA, Mohsin used to send money to Syria through cryptocurrency. He is accused of motivating youth to join IS and raising terror funding from abroad.
