On Thursday, February 10, voters in Uttar Pradesh will vote in the first phase of the 2022 assembly elections. Please be advised that voting in 58 assembly seats across 11 districts in western Uttar Pradesh will continue until 6 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, in a comical style, Rashtriya Lok Dal (RLD) President Jayant Chaudhary has tweeted and appealed to voters to vote in favour of the Samajwadi Party (SP) coalition.

According to the RLD’s leader,

“EVM malfunction is causing complaints. It appears that the youth and farmers are frantically pressing the button!! You are requested to hit the button with affection in favour of the alliance, not so loudly!!”
Apart from this, Jayant Chaudhary has told that his wife Charu Singh has cast her vote in Mathura.
