Adani Group to invest ₹65k cr in Rajasthan

New Delhi: Adani Group chief Gautam Adani has announced an investment of ₹65,000 crores in Rajasthan. Adani announced this at the inaugural session of the Rajasthan Investment Summit 2022 on Friday.

Addressing the Rajasthan Investment Summit 2022, Gautam Adani said that in the next five to seven years, we are expecting an investment of ₹65,000 crores in all existing and future projects. This will create 40,000 employment opportunities directly and indirectly.

Adani said that ₹50,000 crores are being invested in renewable energy to implement projects of 10,000 MW capacity. He further said that the group will invest ₹7,000 crores to double the cement manufacturing capacity in the state. Notably, the company has recently acquired Ambuja Cement and ACC. Along with this, Adani said that other projects in the state include making Jaipur airport a world-class facility, developing the supply network of PNG and CNG, and rapidly increasing the availability of clean fuel.
