A pharmaceutical company in Maharashtra’s Raigad district, identified as Blue Jet Healthcare, was engulfed in a devastating fire that began at 11 am on Friday, located approximately 170 kilometers from Mumbai. By Saturday afternoon, eight bodies had been recovered, while the search for three missing individuals continued. The National Disaster Response Force and local agencies have combined their efforts to locate the missing persons. Initial investigations suggest that the fire likely originated from a short circuit, causing chemical-filled barrels at the site to explode and intensify the blaze, as confirmed by an official.
