The fourth wave is expected to arrive in January 2022, according to the Union Health Ministry.

In India, there are now 1.9 million active patients. Every day in the last week, an average of 2 lakh 71 thousand patients were discovered. The rate of positive is roughly 16 percent. 3 lakh 17 thousand patients have been detected in the last 24 hours. Around 22,000 patients were discovered on January 1st. The Union Ministry of Health provided the following information: ‘This suggests that the number of patients is constantly increasing.’
The country’s daily positivity rate was 2% on January 1. It has now surpassed the 16% mark. In the previous four days, the number of corona tests has grown. 5 million corona tests have been performed in the country in the last 24 hours. As a result, the rate of positive has risen,’ according to the Ministry of Health.
When compared to the second wave, the number of patients having treatment in the third wave is substantially smaller. In addition, the number of people vaccinated in the third wave is higher than in the second wave. The weekly optimism rate in Maharashtra has risen to 22%. It had previously been at 2%. According to the official, Maharashtra has 2,91,000 patients.
