If BJP comes to power in Bihar, will control population: Giri Raj Singh

Chapra/Patna: union minister Guru Raj Singh expressing concern over population explosion said that population control rules ct will be implemented in Bihar the day BJP comes to power.

At a programme at Begusarai, he said that the fertility rate in Bihar is maximum in comparison to other states and population has to be controlled for development and the BJP will control population if it comes to power in the State. The Minister however did not mention anything regaring the Centre where the BJP has been power for the last eight years.
